Business Plan A business plan is a document that is generally used by a business owner to raise capital for his/her business. It describes the business or proposed business venture in enough detail for the bank or investors to be able to make a decision about whether or not to invest in the business. This is however, the most limited use of the business plan. The real value of a business plan lies not in the printed plan but in the structured, analytical thinking required to formulate the plan. The process of planning will help you to think things through carefully, study and research those things that you are not sure about. It will also lead you to consider your ideas carefully. Although this will take time now, it is time well used. Costly even disastrous mistakes can be avoided with a well-researched business plan. Our experience proves that every business should have a business plan, to use as a road map to business success. It's a dynamic document that should be revisited at least once a year or whenever any major change in the business' history is taking place. A business plan gives the business owner milestones for checking how the business is doing against the plan. Have goals been met? Has focus been maintained? Adjusting the plan according to changing circumstances helps businesses adapt, when necessary. A business plan should be customised to the industry or type of business, but each business is unique and this should reflect in the business plan. A typical business plan will cover the following areas:

Our process ensures that our client will be able to answer any question asked by the bank manager, investor or any other party that they need to discuss the business plan with. How a Business Plan can Help You!
In the current economic times many business owners
suddenly find themselves in a situation where their businesses are
making a small profit or no profit at all. This causes the business
owner a lot of stress because the first signs that they usually notice
is when the sales are going down and the cash flow disappear from the
bank account.
This situation usually does not appear overnight but slowly creep up on the business owner and then suddenly manifest itself in the sales and cash flow. How does one reverse the process? There is not a simple answer to the question but there is a process to establish what is going wrong and to find solutions for these problems. To establish what is wrong or not working properly. We use a comprehensive questionnaire covering the following areas of the business.
Once we have worked through this document with the business owner and or his management we do an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) of the business. We will then make recommendations and determine the priorities with the Business Owner. Once that has been finalised we will work out an affordable business support plan so that we can assist the business owner in making his or her business profitable again.
